Al Ain Football Club has announced the renewal of contract with its Serbian coach Vladimir Ivic for two additional seasons. The club announced this in a statement via its account on platform X. "Al Ain Football Club announces the renewal of contract with the team's head coach, Vladimir Ivic, for two additional seasons, until the end of the sports season 2027-2028," the statement read. "This decision comes within the framework of the club's strategy to enhance technical stability, in line with a clear vision aimed at raising the team's competitiveness and achieving its aspirations in various competitions". Ivic, the former Watford coach (48 years old), has made a significant mark at Al Ain since his appointment in February 2025, succeeding Portuguese manager Leonardo Jardim.
